158 WEST 22ND STREET - NEW YORK CITY This project was a gut renovation of an 1850 sf loft space designed in partnership with STASIS. The scope of this project was to design and build a high-end luxury residence in 90 days. The chef's kitchen is Pogen Pohl and the spa-like bathrooms feature floor-to-ceiling Italian marble and custom wenge wall panels.
